Kumara Wickrama, Manager, Marketing and Sales – Noritake Lanka Porcelain said the domestic retailing segment had improved tremendously after the war and a large number of tourists arriving in Sri Lanka had selected Noritake showrooms as one of their main shopping destinations for porcelain products. “The new branch will cater to the increasing demand, with attractive prices and discounts throughout the year,” he added. The Bone China dinnerware produced by Noritake Lanka Porcelain, with its exquisite designs, has become the most popular range among local customers. The fine china tableware is manufactured in Noritake’s factory in Matale, and the company produces one million pieces of ceramics per month.
