Beginning with over 13 starters including chicken satay with peanut sauce and pineapple sambol, pan friend Hokkaido scallops drizzled with green curry emulsion, fried tofu with lemon grass, garlic and bell pepper, you are invited on a journey of the most exotic tastes and flavours. Before the main course, you can further wet your appetite with a crab meat soup served with Vietnamese prawn spring roll or a cumin scented pumpkin bisque with prawn dumplings.
