Every Sunday, the popular bar at the Cinnamon Lakeside, 7° North transforms itself into a venue to accommodate the diners at the Latin Barbecue. Guests are seated under oversized umbrellas on the deck where they can take in the ambience beside the lake and the pool.
The Latin themed barbecue is unlike any other and creates an explosive combination of flavours. The Jamaican jerk chicken, burger with Chimichurri sauce made with chopped oregano, garlic, olive oil vinegar and red pepper flakes and the Caribbean grilled meats are particular favourites.
The food is prepared before the diners, allowing the aroma of the slow grilled meats to waft through the air. So as to complete the offering for a Sunday lunch, lagers, coolers and fresh mixology shooters perfect for a summer afternoon are included in the barbecue.
