Mount Lavinia Hotel joined forces with the Emmy award-winning reality competition series ‘The Amazing Race’ during its recent stop in Sri Lanka.
The Amazing Race: All-Stars 2014, witnessed contestants from previous seasons participating. Eleven teams travelled four continents, nine countries, 22 cities and 35,000 miles.
Beginning with the first leg in the United States, legs five and six were held in Sri Lanka with the pit-stop for leg six being the breathtaking beachfront of the Mount Lavinia Hotel.
Race contestants Leo and Jamal, cousins and participants of Season 23, won a trip for two to Berlin, Germany after being placed first in this leg of the race.
