The Hilton Colombo is hosting a series of cooking classes for children aged five to 12 on the last Saturday of the month. Each of these cookery demonstrations will be held from ten am to 12 noon. Apart from the fun and camaraderie they will be having with this whole new experience, they will learn a variety of valuable culinary skills they can duplicate at home. The children are to be greeted with a welcome drink upon their arrival and they will also have the opportunity to savour their creation. Participants will be handed a certificate signed by the chef.
On the very first class, Italian Master Chef Massimo Zampar from Il Ponte demonstrated how to create a pizza. Any child who will attend five consecutive classes will receive a great gift pack and dinner voucher to enjoy at their favourite restaurant at the Hilton Colombo.
