The Spices restaurant at Hilton Colombo introduced three themed nights during the week with themed buffets on every Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Arabian cuisine will take centre stage on Wednesdays during dinner with authentic Arabian dishes where diners will have an opportunity to taste various flavours throughout the week.
The Arabian dishes such as stuffed wine leaves, hummus, lamb shawarma, mousakka, uzzi over biriyani rice, cheese rukak, beef with okra and for the sweet toothed baklava and omali are just to name a few.
