The Bayleaf is switching on the Christmas lights on December 1st as the season gets off to a start.
The Bayleaf offers a selection of Festive Goodies from roast whole turkey, herb crusted roast leg of lamb, honey marinated roast pork, Christmas cake, Stollen, Breudher along with Christmas pudding and Yule logs. Christmas eve and Christmas day is the time to enjoy a magical setting at the Colonial mansion with traditional food fare served by Chef Saroj.
Set in the upper level of the Colonial Mansion, the Bay Leaf offers a choice of venues for private dining in air-conditioned comfort, creating a unique ambiance offering high end wine, premium spirits and a special festive menu for that special celebration.
New Year’s eve celebrations offer sumptuous international buffets and DJ music to usher in the New Year.
