Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo welcomed French Saxophonist Jean-Pierre Baraglioli, Sri Lankan pianist Bridget Halpé and tabla player Peshala Nanoj. The trio brought varying cultures together at a concert organised as part of the French Spring Festival 2013. The event was attended by members of the Embassy of France, Alliance Française de Kotte, members of media and other invitees.
In celebration of Bastille Day, the hotel also organised two weeks of French Gastronomy at The Dining Room.
