The 20th Marie Brizard Cocktail Competition for all hoteliers was held recently and Hilton Colombo emerged winners (Colombo Region) in the Flairing category.
Ishfahan Dain’s cocktail “Desire” secured him the winning position in the Flairing Category. The position of 3rd runner up of the Flairing competition was also won by Hilton Colombo’s Ashwel Handy.
All winners at the competition are now preparing for the All Island Cocktail Competition.
