An exhibition of the latest collection of functional ceramic ware designed and crafted by Master Potter, Ajith Mohan Perera, founder and designer of Anuradha Ceramics and Pottery Shop was attended by many distinguished guests.
This rare exhibition of handcrafted tableware, hotel-ware, hand painted gift collections, tea pots, mugs, vases, plates and more was ceremonially opened by the Chief Guest, Dhammika Perera, Head of Sri Lanka’s Vallibel Group.
Ajith Perera has put great effort in to preserving this dying craft of handcraft pottery in Sri Lanka. Each piece of clay that was displayed, was an example of the talent of Ajith Perera. The passionate artist, who lays down his expressions and impressions on his unique creations, says “Intuition is ‘my world’ for you in a piece of clay.”
