Kamsins, the clothing store, known widely for its exclusive designs and elegant clothing line, has reached new heights with the expansion of its showroom. Under the theme ‘East meets West’, it introduced a change in the designs from ethnic wear to casual and formal wear under one megastore. In its refurbished, spacious 35,000 square foot showroom, Kamsins offers a brand new shopping experience, catering to all fashion needs, for men, women and children.
The showroom revamped its bridal section, providing clients with solutions to all their couture needs. Kamsins has also introduced several new international brands including Satya Paul.
Kamsins also offers its patrons the option of catalogue shopping, where customisation is key. Over the years, Kamsins has come to be recognised for its style, quality, elegance and affordability; and been graced by celebrities, artistes and VIPs. The store has now opened its doors to a wider range of customers from across the island.
Raja Manickam is the Founding Chairman of Kamsins and a businessman with over 30 years of experience in the textile industry. He inaugurated Kamsins in 2010 and in a short span of seven years expanded it from a 5,000 square foot showroom to its current mega store, while maintaining aspects such as service with a smile.
The new showroom located in the heart of Wellawatte can be accessed from both Galle Road and W A Silva Mawatha. It has ample parking space and offers a novel shopping experience with a greater range of designs and items to choose from.
