The launch of the new dinner time experience ‘Ape Kema’ took place at the Mount Lavinia Hotel. The Ape Kema menu courtesy of Chef Publis features authentic Sri Lankan cuisine with the added experience of stirring melodies by musician Manoj Peries to entertain the diners every Sunday night.
The menu comprises of over 15 authentic Sri Lankan dishes that surface the synonyms of Sri Lanka in taste. The initial diners experienced the culinary delights of Chef Pubilis while listening to the music of Sanath Nandasiri, T M Jayaratne, and Ishaq Begg.
The guest at the evening of the launch Sanath Ranaweera, Chairman – Saree Mandhir stated, “a natural setting with the idyllic ambience and a fantastic line up of popular musical gurus exalts the evening to the fullest.”
