Siddhalepa Ayurveda Health Resort located in Wadduwa has been refurbished to the standards of international Health Spas. The 50 rooms of the resort were upgraded and combine a traditional Sri Lankan touch with modern conveniences. Set amidst beautifully laid out gardens and fronted by the waters of the Indian ocean, Siddhalepa Ayurveda Health Resort is the country’s only beachfront resort occupying seven acres of Ayurvedic medicinal plants. Some of the amenities available in the rooms are 32″ LCD TVs with DVD and Home Theatre Systems, Satellite TV, air-conditioning and open-to-sky toilets.
The Ayurveda facilities of the resort have also been improved and additional treatment rooms, herbal baths and consultation rooms have increased capacity to accommodate 30 clients at any one time. Specialist Ayurvedic doctors supervise the treatments using natural Siddhalepa Ayurvedic products. Some of the treatments on offer are Oil and Powder Massages, Shirodhara, Steam Bath, Body Wraps, Herbal Facials and Herbal Baths in traditional hand-carved granite baths. The resort also offers meditation and yoga sessions.
