Hilton Colombo’s Spices Restaurant is well known for its extensive spreads of à la minute buffets during breakfast, lunch and dinner. From this month onwards, Spices will also be offering themed buffets every Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.
The kitchen brigade together with the Spices crew is to transform the restaurant according to the theme with a flavourful array of dishes. The themes of the buffets according to the respective days on which they are offered are; Thai on Wednesday, Arabian delights on Thursday and the ever popular Indian buffet on Saturdays.
With its local touch of decor and ambience, Spices restaurant is an ideal space for entertaining friends, colleagues and family. The restaurant also serves Sunday brunch and guests also can take advantage of the ‘Dine to Dive’ offer where the use of the pool is complimentary on Sundays and kids from six to 12 years can dine at half price.
