The t-Lounge by Dilmah opened its signature outlet in Negombo. The third Dilmah t-Lounge is themed ‘by the beach’ due to its proximity to the coast. Merrill J Fernando, founder of Dilmah and his son, Dilhan Fernando, the visionary behind the t-Lounge concept declared open the lounge at a ceremony attended by special invitees.
A selection of their most iconic teas, including the t-Tk and ginger hot tea, were served with Oolong tea infused kiribath. Tuna focaccia and mini chicken burgers made with Ceylon Souchong tea infused buns; Rose with Fresh Vanilla Tea infused marshmallows and Italian Almond Tea infused milk toffees are a part of the inspired menu at the new t-Lounge.
