World Duty Free and Kraft Foods World Travel Retail conducted a mega confectionery promotion at the World Duty Free arrival and departure duty free shops at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA). The promotion gave customers a chance to win a brand new ‘Honda Dio Scooter’ as the grand prize upon spending USD 40 or more on Cadbury or Toblerone products.
Apart from the grand prize, 92 lucky customers walked away with fashionable Titan Wrist Watches, while other daily prize winners won Toblerone Plush Dogs, Toblerone 4.5kg Chocolate Bars and Cadbury 1kg Chocolate Bars. The three-month mega promotion successfully concluded with more than 1,100 lucky winners at both World Duty Free shops.
The grand winner was recently selected through a lucky draw held at the BIA, with representatives from the Airport Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Limited, Revenue Department of Western Province and World Duty Free Group in Sri Lanka.
