North Western Blacks who took part in the Carlton 7’s rugby tournament stayed at Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo during the tournament.
The team comprised of Sri Lankan players Chanaka Chandimal (Captain), Radhika Hettiarachchi, Dilip Selvam, Pradeep Kulukulasuriya, Prasad Devinda, Rishan Premageeth, Pium Jayasinghe, Sayoru Anthony and Bilal Hassen.
The four international players in the team comprised of New Zealand players Frank Halai IRB World Player of the Year nominee, Shane Christie, Warwick Lahmert and rising New Zealand Sevens star Joe Webber.
