The CIMA global business challenge, an international business competition for young leaders was held at Mount Lavinia Hotel. Commenting on the hotel Gulzari Babber, President of CIMA stated, “I consider Mount Lavinia Hotel a seven star because of the characteristic, quality of service and the uniqueness of the property and it really fascinates me.”
When asked what he liked of MLH he stated, “the intricate details that surface the years of history engulfed in this magnificent edifice, is truly amazing.” He further states, “it is also the people that make it happen indeed that brings the character of the property out of the woodworks indeed making my stay a memorable one.”
