The Flemingo Duty Free Shop is celebrating the completion of a very exciting and eventful year. They began operations at the Bandaranaike International Airport Colombo in November 2011.
P K Thimmayya, Operations Director said “we embarked on this journey first by creating a world class store, investing in high-end fixtures and furniture and providing customers a varied choice of high end products to budget and bargain deals”. The shop has provided continued special promotions for customers with mega promotions, festive offers and never-before-seen-deals on the best brands. During the T20 championship, Flemingo and VISA offered Mega promotion to customers with a Suzuki Ritz VXi as the mega prize.
Flemingo believes in continuous improvement in their promotions and offers to customers. They are currently running “Be a millionaire” with Flemingo and Diageo promotion. With this promotion, the operator would be giving away daily prize of Rs 10,000; weekly prize of Rs 100,000 and three mega prizes of Rs 1,000,000. With this, three lucky winners will become Millionaires!
