Veteran hotelier Dermot Gale was appointed as the new General Manager of Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo. He counts over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked in some of the finest hotels in the world. Gale is keen to set new standards in the local industry in his new role, through innovative products and services to enhance the guest experience in the city resort.
He believes his extensive experience abroad as well as fresh perspective, gives him the edge on what it takes to represent and be a part of the continuing growth of the Cinnamon brand. “My aim is to ensure that every guest who patronises Cinnamon Lakeside has a memorable guest experience that exceeds their initial expectations.”
