In line with their CSR principles, Grand Oriental Hotel donated shoes and stationery to students at the Udagama Kanishta Vidyalaya Ingiriya. With the guidance of Nihal Jayawardena, General Manager, Grand Oriental Hotel, and the vision of Madushan Raigamage, HR Manager, HR Services, Union Assurance, the hotel plans to continue the project.
In yet another CSR activity, the hotel released two calves to celebrate Sri Lanka’s 63rd Independence Day. The hotel’s Death Donation Society organised this event with the help of the management and other employees.
