Ceybank Rest Nuwara Eliya won the 1st place for Best Flower Garden in the State Institution Category, Best Selection of Roses Commercial and many more 1st place prizes for cut flowers totalling 28 in all at the recently concluded April Blooms, Flower and Gardens Competition held at the Victoria Park Nuwara Eliya, which was sponsored by the Municipal Council.
