Koluu, Sri Lanka’s self-styled restaurateur and high priest of Sri Lankan cuisine launched his book of recipes – a collection that takes you across continents and narrates the story behind Koluu himself. ‘Koluu – My Way, A Collection of Recipes’ was officially launched in celebratory style amidst guests that included friends, family and well-wishers. The evening, resplendent in a theme of pink, resonated his inimitable vibe and also set the stage for the new book, a pink hard bound glossy collection of more than 130 recipes, which are illustrated with mouthwatering photographs.
