A novel concept introduced by the Hilton Colombo, the Endless High Tea is an unlimited selection of delightful mouthwatering delicacies that goes beyond the expectations of a high tea. Held only on Saturdays and public holidays (including Poya), this novel experience replaces the lunch buffet at the Graze Kitchen and is offered in two sittings: 12.30pm to 2.30pm and 3pm to 5pm.

As you enter the Graze Kitchen you soon realize the reason behind the name; the high tea is endless in terms of the food choice it offers. With a range of over 100 savoury and sweet items, the spread of delectables represents flavours from across the globe. The menu also includes beverages thereby completing the gastronomical adventure.

Take your time as you select, there is so much to choose from. Sandwiches and cold snacks to the mouthwatering grilled paninis with a variety of fillings, as well as the Arabic Mezzah, which includes hummus, pita bread and fattouch, the food journey does not end here. The special cheese fondue with accompaniments as well as an assortment of imported cheese will tingle your taste buds.

The Sri Lankan section has all the favourite snacks and more. ‘Chef on Gimmick’ is a display of hoppers made ‘hot hot’ and the mini lamprais is a must have. The ‘Western Bites’ is a range of snacks representing US, UK and European flavours and consists of fried corn dogs, fried truffle potato wedges with Parmesan cheese, batter fried white bait with chilli mayo amongst other delicious items. Freshly made pancakes, cut fresh fruits, chilled soups and shooters as well as pizzas are also available in this Endless High Tea.
