The Hilton Colombo is serving freshly baked breads for an Al Fresco sandwich lunch, daily from 12 – 2.30 pm at the hotel’s Il Ponte restaurant, which features Italian cuisine.
The all new and delicious Al Fresco sandwich lunch consists of a whole meal with the soup of the day, followed by a choice of sandwich with a choice of vegetarian and non-vegetarian fillings such as Italian herb roasted wafer-thin beef horseradish cream, grilled chicken mayonnaise, spring onion and tuna mayonnaise, roistered vegetables presto dressing cured pork ham with honey mustard and more. Patrons can choose the type of bread from the selection of ciabatta, whole-meal, baguette and white sliced bread, ending the meal with the ice cream of the day.
