A new infant clothing shop opened in Kohuwela, in the suburbs of Colombo. The store’s owner, Dhanoma Perera, greeted guests attending the opening.
Perera first thought of opening the store after having previously run a ladies’ garments shop. She perceived the lack of quality in local garments for newborn infants and was spurred into creating her own line of baby wear.
