Black Pepper, a multi-cuisine restaurant, opened at the Dutch Hospital in the heart of Colombo.
The restaurant is managed and owned by the Earl’s Court Group, which has gained national and international culinary fame.
The new outlet was declared open by Dr Earl Gunasekara, Chairman and Sujatha Gunasekara, Director, Earl’s Court Group.
The menu at the restaurant focuses on authentic Sri Lankan seafood dishes and black pepper, the ‘King of Spices’. Black Pepper serves mouth-watering fare representing the North, South, East and West, with exciting culinary twists.
Some of their signature dishes include the Jaffna Crab Curry, Negombo Clay Pot Prawn Curry, Tangalle Seer Fish Head Curry, traditional Batticaloa Mutton Curry, Crab Black Pepper Tuna Curry and wok-fried Chicken Curry. The menu also includes delectable desserts and thirst-quenching beverages.
