Mount Lavinia Hotel presents Breakfast Classic on Saturdays and Sundays from 7.00pm to 11.00pm. The Breakfast Classic will feature Eggs Benedict, bakers basket, fruit platter, fresh juices which includes free usage of pool and the beach.
Eggs Florentine, Eggs Mornay, Huevos Benedict, Irish Benedict replaces the ham with corned beef or bacon, Portobello Benedict, Eggs Provençal replaces the Hollandaise sauce with Béarnaise Sauce and much more varieties of Eggs Benedict.
