Ceylon Hotels Corporation announced that its resort cluster consisting of the Lake Hotel in Polonnaruwa, Surf Hotel in Bentota and the Safari Hotel in Tissamaharama have been awarded a Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor. The Certificate of Excellence was awarded for the accolades of praise and recognition in reviews by TripAdvisor travellers.
Commenting on this significant achievement Tony Fleming, Group General Manager stated, “we qualified for the Certificate of Excellence, for maintaining an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by travellers on TripAdvisor. We depend very much on the feedback our customers give on their own, and as our value proposition is focused on catering to our customer’s needs with operational effectiveness, we are indeed proud of this commitment rendered by the team.”
The Lake offers its guests 40 air-conditioned Deluxe rooms equipped with twin/king size beds, in-room safe, mini-bar, mini-fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, flat-screen satellite TV, en-suite bathroom and bathroom amenities.
The Safari – Tissamaharama comprise of 50 rooms, a main dining restaurant, spacious pool area, volleyball court and tennis courts. It is also strategically located close to many places of religious and cultural interest.
Located in Bentota, The Surf Hotel is a well-appointed low-rise hotel that hosts 100 rooms, each overlooking the Indian Ocean.
