Cinnamon Grand honours World Children’s Day

Cinnamon Grand, in association with Daily Mirror’s Little Enquirer magazine, commemorated World Children’s Day with an educational tour and a fun day of activities at Nuga Gama, the village in the city.Forty lucky kids got an opportunity to participate in this tour following a series of articles and competitions published in the Little Enquirer.The Cinnamon Grand hosted the kids to a traditional village experience with plenty of activities and games based on village traditions, beliefs and culture.“We were happy to host these kids who showed great interest in learning about their culture and heritage. We hope this event served, even in a minute way, to touch the hearts and minds of these children, who have a greater role to play in sustaining and carrying forward these good values,” said Tharika Goonathilake, Public Relations Manager.
