Cinnamon Grand Colombo launched its latest dining experience ‘Noodles’. The 50-seater restaurant provides the ultimate feast for discerning noodle lovers with a menu that features over 70 dishes made from ten noodle specialities including Ramen, Udon and Soba. Drawing inspiration from the intriguing cuisines of Vietnam, China, Thailand, Japan and Malaysia, the nightly feast is prepared by expert Vietnamese Chef Tran Ba Giang.
“At Noodles we offer Asia’s most popular noodle dishes. My team and I have carefully amalgamated the best of the region’s specialities with an emphasis on traditional favourites as well as dishes with a modern twist,” said Tran Ba Giang.
Diners have the option of choosing from 14 types of starters, ten salads, 16 soup items, 15 noodle dishes, eight rice dishes, four accompaniments and nine desserts as part of this noodle experience.
