Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo has continued to grow in the arena of international cuisine. The latest addition to the team of international chefs is Spanish Chef Rodrigo Benedicto who will be cooking up a storm at 7˚ North, Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo’s trendy bar and restaurant.
Chef Rodrigo started his career in 2007, in the South of Spain, where he studied to specialise in all areas of kitchen operations. Thereon, his career grew rapidly as he was given the opportunity to work at Sheraton Hotel for a period of one year before being given the prestigious responsibility of opening the kitchen at W Hotel in Barcelona in 2009 as Chef de Partie which was his most recent post before joining Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo.
Paella, a favourite in Spanish cuisine will be a specialty on the new menu at 7˚ North, designed by Chef Rodrigo. The traditional seafood rice dish will use authentic Spanish spices and flavours and is sure to satisfy the palate of the greatest epicure.
