The Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo won one category in the 19th National Bartender Competition. Proving true to their occupation of keeping the spirit of the evening on a high on any night, the Cinnamon Lakeside team performed against stiff competition from 30 contenders and came out triumphant.
Indrajith Yapa Bandara, a fresher in this scene from 7 Degrees North, open-air bar at the Cinnamon Lakeside took the shield home with his colleagues, Kasun Stainwall, the fourth runner up this year in the Classic Bartender Category and J A Yoshitha who earned the second runner up position in the Flair Category.
“All in all, the team did exceptionally well,” said Neroy Marso, General Manager of the Hotel. “Definitely an achievement to drink to!”
