Three youngsters of the Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo team go through to represent the Hotel at the Colombo Region Marie Brizard and Skyy Vodka Cocktail competition. With all three of its entrants being selected, the Hotel presents the highest number of participants to reach the all important finals of the island wide competition.
The semi finals held at the Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management saw Yoshitha Niranjan selected in the Flaring Category and Dinusha Vilashani and Chandika Thilakarathna go through in the Classical Category.
Yoshitha Niranjan of The Lounge is known by regulars at 7 Degrees North for his flare tricks and quick style, whilst Dinusha Vilashani dispenses ‘Goodies’ at the Hotel’s delicatessen and Chandika Thilakarathna serves up innovative cocktails and mocktails at 7 Degrees North.
