A few hours’ drive from Colombo’s city centre, Laya Leisure offers elegantly furnished guestrooms and free private parking facilities. The air-conditioned rooms at Laya Leisure are tastefully furnished with a separate living area and dining table. A flat-screen TV and work desk are also provided. The hotel also features separate apartment type units.

Guests can enjoy access to the children’s playground and fitness centre.If you’re an outdoorsy person or if you would like to head out for a change of scenery, the resort can also organise activities such as horse riding, archery, air rifle shooting and cycling. Laya Safari is simply said, stunning. It is a perfect example of the coexistence between man and the wild–the resort is built in such a way that it enhances the greenery and the beach surrounding it. The resort is made of separate buildings which consist of large and airy guest rooms. Featuring large windows which offer ample natural light, beautifully decorated rooms at Laya Safari include, hardwood floors, a separate living area and a spacious private balcony.

At Laya Safari, guests can relax by the sparkling outdoor pool and enjoy a refreshing drink from the pool bar while catching the sunset. Further, they can make use of the games room and barbeque facilities as well as the luggage storage space, laundry services and a tour desk. Only 2km away from the Yala National Park, 25km from the Kataragama Temple and 200 metres from the beach, it is a great vacation spot for everyone.

Laya Beach, as its name suggests is a beach hotel located in the heart of Wadduwa. This stunning hotel is a mere 35-minute drive away from the town of Bentota. Colombo City is 50 minutes away by car while Bandaranaike International Airport is 65 km away. The town of Hikkaduwa is approximately an hour away by car. Guests enjoy free access to the outdoor swimming pool and games room. The hotel also provides a 24-hour front desk, dry-cleaning services and free Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel.

The large and elegant premises also hold within it, two banquet halls; which can accomodate up to 250 and 175 guests respectively along with 20 super deluxe rooms and 15 standard rooms. The hotel will provide airport pick-up and drop-off upon request. Decorated in soft neutral shades, rooms at Laya Beach all feature a sofa, flat-screen cable TV and private balcony overlooking sea views. Laya chain’s brand new headquarters will be opened on July 7 by Lieutenant General A W J C De Silva RWP USP ndu psc, Commander of the Sri Lanka Army. With a fresh new website and logo, the head office will function as a booking and travel agent, offering many services such as arranging tours and excursions around Sri Lanka. With the launch of the head office, Laya chain has also introduced a loyalty card, with which customers will be entitled to discounts and many offers and deals.
