Domus Designs, a company specialising in interior design has opened a new showroom, art gallery and cafe. The company undertakes interior design projects for hotels and private homes.
The newly opened showroom features specialised furniture using original Decoupage inlaid with gold and silver leaf. Additional accessories featured include lamps, mirrors, side tables and trays.
Domus Designs is owned by designers Suren and Prasad and has been in business for two years. Working closely with architects when realising projects, Domus art gallery also showcases and presents emerging young Sri Lankan artists.
Adjoining the gallery is a small bistro style cafe, where visitors can enjoy delicious snacks and meals, including baked crab, sandwiches and even a biriyani.
