Cinnamon Grand’s celebrated Dragon Brunch lays out culinary treats from China, Japan, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
This feast can be enjoyed every Sunday from 12 noon till 3.00 pm at the hotel’s Courtyard Restaurant.
Having understood that Asian and Far Eastern food is a pet cuisine amongst Sri Lankans, the Dragon Brunch serves up an array of exquisite delicacies as well as usual favourites, in a range of appetizers, action stations, salads, soups, mains and Asian desserts.
Complete the experience with a choice of delicious Asian desserts including fruit wonton, almond bean curd, agar agar with coconut, sweet coconut rice balls, sago with coconut milk, mango sticky pudding, banana toffee with sesame, caramel manis and rice pudding with candied fruits to name a few.
