Long Feng at Cinnamon Lakeside, Colombo, headed by Qiu Zhi Qiang, the Head Chef (Chef Jason) and the team presents one of the best culinary experience for any Chinese food connoisseur, all year round.
The menu at the restaurant displays a myriad of dishes originating from the diverse regions of China, which have been recreated to perfection, starting from appetizers—deep fried seafood wonton, pork belly with hot garlic salad and hot butter cuttlefish amongst many others.
Chef Jason’s signature dishes include a plethora of seafood items such as Long Feng butter milk lobster, Szechuan style chilli prawn and wok fried black pepper crab to name a few. Other specialties such as sizzling lamb with oriental spicy sauce, Hu Nan style fried smoke pork belly and sea cucumber with black mushroom in oyster sauce are also on the extensive menu.
Vegetarians can savour dishes such as wok fried tofu with mixed mushrooms and eggplant with hot garlic sauce to suit their tastes.
