Well known Cheese Entrepreneur, Tom Meisen together with Mount Lavinia Hotel (MLH) and Favorite International bought together the Cheese and Wine Pairing night for the third consecutive time.
Tom Miesen Gastronomie Op Maat is a company with over 30 years of experience in the field of gastronomy in the broadest sense of the word and in particular cheese and wine.
He was invited by the MLH in April 2011 to take part in the Dutch Food Festival. He has conducted several cheese and wine workshops for the staff of the hotel.
The selection of cheeses by Tom Miesen, Gastronomie Op Maat consists of more than 200 varieties from different countries, including the Netherlands, France, Spain, England, Italy and Belgium.
