Mount Lavinia Hotel’s ‘Winemakers Dinner’ nights showcase wine from well-known wineries from around the world, paired with a gourmet dinner prepared by Chef Mats Petersson.
For the first such dinner, held at the Maitland State Room, Chef Mats and Grant Brinklow, CEO, Sandalford Wines from Perth matched and paired delectable dishes, creating an enhanced dining experience. According to Brinklow, Sandalford Wines showcased limited production wines and their current vintage.
Guests were given a chance to chat with Brinklow, who has vast experience in the wine trade and is a much sought after speaker on wine.
