Sri Lanka Telecom (SLT) Mobitel’s SMART pre paid package unveiled its latest SMART tariff structure.
The new SMART tariff offers SLT Mobitel customers to talk to each other at Rs 1 per minute and SMS one another at a rate of 10 cents per mes- sage. SMART customers communicating with subscribers on other networks will be charged Rs 2 per minute for voice calls and 25 cents per SMS message.
SLT Mobitel SMART subscribers, who contin- ue to enjoy mobile browsing and value added services, will do so at a GPRS fee of one cent per 5kB block. All rates are subject to government taxes and levies, with some conditions being applied.
This tariff structure will be communicated to the general public via an integrated communica- tion campaign, featur- ing Lahiru Perera, Brand Ambassador, Sri Lanka Telecom Mobitel.
Existing SMART cus- tomers can switch to the new SMART package featuring the lowest call rates by dialing #111#.
