The Mount Lavinia Hotel (MLH) will add a modern twist to the New Year’s Eve celebrations this time with the Great Gatsby theme.
The festivities will begin from 9 pm onwards where the hotel will become a venue of live action with unlimited drinks, food and many prizes to be won including the best dressed male and female who will get a photo shoot session among other prizes.
The lower lobby will host the Samba Bar with premium drinks while the Horizon Room will be the Gaming Lounge. ‘Sing and Earn’ will take place at the Daisy’s Voice Lounge. The Empire Ballroom will be livened up with the perfect blend of contemporary and classics by the live band Anno Domini. Shots and smokes could be obtained at the 1922 Governor’s Rooftop for no extra charge.
The celebrations will also feature a buffet with over 30 dishes, sushi boat, a dessert buffet at the Governor’s Restaurant, Kottu station after 2 am, a Coffee and Cognac Lounge, champagne and cupcakes at sunrise at the terrace and much more exciting events.
