Nivasie Developers Malabe, a fully owned subsidiary of International Construction Consortium (ICC) celebrated the launch of the housing project—Orchid Malabe Phase II.
Namal Peiris, CEO – ICC, Herman S Gonsal, Managing Director/CEO – Nivasie Developers and Roshani Perera, Deputy General Manager – Nivasie Developers were present at the launch.
The Orchid collection at Malabe has a dual entrance from the Thalahena Junction and the Chandrika Kumaratunga Mawatha. It provides easy access to the outer-circular highway, CINEC Maritime Campus, Horizon Campus, Millennium IT premises, SAITM Medical College, SLIIT Campus and to Dr Neville Fernando Private Teaching Hospital.
In addition to five designs Sanderiana, Cattelya, Miltonia, Ansellia and Stelis, it consists of a gymnasium, mini market, jogging tracks, clubhouse, play area for kids, 24-hour security and a free telephone connection with ADSL and PEO TV connection.
Orchid Malabe Phase II consists of 70 homes introducing two new house styles to choose from. Sanderiana, consists of four bedrooms with a floor area of 2,670 square feet and a land extent of ten perches and above. Stelis, consists of four bedrooms with a floor area of 2,234 square feet and a land extend of nine perches and above. Ansellia, consists of three to four bedrooms with a floor area of 1,780 square feet and a land extent of 6.7 perches and above.
