SKAL International Colombo celebrated the 60th anniversary with a gala dinner. Formed on June 11th 1954, SKAL Colombo was the 128th club in the world and the eighth club in Asia. SKAL today is the largest association of Travel and Tourism Professionals worldwide and has over 16,600 members in 400 clubs in 87 countries.
The Executive Committee of SKAL International, S K Marco Battistotti, President (Asian Area Committee), S K Jason Samuel, Vice President (West Asia) and S K Saravanan, Asian Area Committee attended the event. Rohit Khosla current President, SKAL International Colombo and Area Director and General Manager of Taj Samudra welcomed the members and guests and wished the Colombo branch many more years of service in SKAL.
