Sri Lanka Telecom (SLT) conducted Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) Business Customer Forum in Sabaragamuwa Province, as the first customer forum in 2019. The forum was held at ‘The Factory’, Kegalle and was attended by 50 selected customers.
There were presentations conducted on networking, hosting, managing security, PBX and overall knowledge on SLT products and solutions at the forum. Group discussions were also conducted. Officials representing the SLT management participated and shared their views and opinions at discussions.
SLT seeks to understand their business customers’ views, communicate effectively with them, and respond to their concerns by conducting such customer forums around the country each year, on a quarterly basis. By conducting SME customer forums, SLT provides the required knowledge for SME business customers to persuade them to make the final purchasing decision.
