Sri Lanka Telecom (SLT) opened its revamped state-of-the-art Regional Telecommunication office (RTO) in Nuwara Eliya. The revamped office was ceremoniously declared open by P G Kumarasinghe Sirisena, Chairman, SLT Group, in the presence of Kiththi Perera, CEO; Priyantha Fernandez, Chief Operating Officer and other distinguished guests including staff of SLT and customers.
Customers can experience new and improved services within a modernized customer service environment including latest technologies pioneered by SLT. A separate area is available for customers to engage with SLT digital services, including devices for smart living and experience the latest technology via a wide range of SLT products and services.
This revamped branch is expected to be a key point of attraction to customers in the Nuwara Eliya area as well as other visitors, both Sri Lankans and foreigners.
