Showcasing delicacies from the local Malay communities, the Sri Lanka Malay Food Festival celebrated authentic traditional Malay food. The dishes were prepared by the Malay House Wives with the assistance of the chefs of the Galadari Hotel. Chief Guest for the event was Rosli Ismail, Malaysian High Commissioner.
