This year Mount Lavinia Hotel will celebrate the dawn of Christmas season with Thanksgiving to churn up the season’s agenda. On November, 22 Boogie Blues Gospel Pianist Allen Tate from the US welcomes Thanksgiving at Mount Lavinia Hotel in the Empire Ballroom. The entertainment will be provided by Sri Lanka’s all boy acapella group VOICE PRINT.
And the Olivier Franc Jazz Ensemble with Allan Tate and beautiful Gabrielle Jeanselme. On November, 23 lighting of the proclaimed highest Christmas “ever green” tree will take place with entertainment by Voice Print, St Thomas’ Boys Choir and Olivier Franc and the Jazz Ensemble.
On November, 24, a tribute to Sidney Bechet will take place with Jazz Classics and Boogie Blues as well as a dinner of New Orleans cuisine with entertainment provided by Olivier Franc Jazz Ensemble with Allan Tate and beautiful Gabrielle Jeanselme at the Governors Terrace from 7.00pm onwards.
