Most would know Patrick Okogwu by his stage name Tinie Tempah. Yet, few would have realised that this well-known British singer, songwriter and sensational rapper was actually on holiday in Sri Lanka. In an interview with a British newspaper, Tinie Tempah rated very highly his visit to the country and stay at the Kalundewa Retreat.
Referring to Sri Lanka as a perfect location for a holiday, he remarked on his visits to temples and the Sigiriya Rock Fortress, insights into Buddhism, and having tried his hand at cooking Sri Lankan dhal curry.
Kalundewa Retreat was described as amazing and Tinie Tempah spoke about the wildlife and being immersed in nature with no digital distractions.
