The female team of Hilton Colombo Residences took part in the ‘Women in Leadership’ programme conducted by Martin Rinck, Regional Office President, Asia Pacific. Hilton, as a brand has always supported women in leadership roles and have encouraged equal opportunities within the organisation.
The 2-day workshop held at Hilton Colombo provided deep insight into opportunities available in the workplace, and encouraged women to look at non-conventional careers.
